Submission Procedures

All applicants who wish to present at the symposium are required to submit an abstract (no more than 2,000 characters) by July 31 August 7, 2026.
Full paper submission is optional. Authors who wish to publish a full paper in the conference proceedings are kindly requested to submit it by August 31 September 7, 2026.

Paper Submission Guidelines:
If you would like to submit a paper, please ensure your manuscript strictly follows the guidelines and template provided below before submission.
Submission Requirements:

• Page Limit: Between 4 and 16 pages File Size: No more than 20MB
• Format: Please use the official JOMSA template (JOMSA-template-English) and follow the detailed instructions.

  Important Dates:
  July 31 August 7, 2026: Abstract submission due
  August 10, 2026: Notification of abstract acceptance
  August 31 September 7, 2026： Full Paper submission due
  July 1, 2026: Early-bird registration opens
  August 31 September 7, 2026: Early-bird registration due
  At least one author of a paper needs to make the payment by August 31 September 7, 2026, JST; otherwise, the paper
  and its presentation will be automatically withdrawn from the conference program.
